We want every Growth client to feel confident in their investment. This policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellations work.
14-day satisfaction window
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription and have not yet approved delivered assets, you may request a full refund of your annual fee.
After the 14-day window
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 14-day window.
- Unused monthly content credits do not roll over and are not refundable.
- Scoped website / PWA / MVP work that has begun is non-refundable for the labor performed.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time. Your plan will remain active through the end of the paid year and will not renew thereafter.
Exceptional cases
If we materially fail to deliver the service, contact us — we’ll make it right.
