Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Growth by MVP Carson (“Growth”, “we”, “us”), an annual content and digital-services subscription operated by MVP Carson. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Growth delivers recurring short-form videos, branded images, and selected website / digital upgrade support through a client dashboard. Content is created off-platform and uploaded by admin. Watermarked previews are provided for review; clean, downloadable versions unlock only after you approve each asset.

2. Plans & billing

• All plans are annual. Founding pricing is locked for year one when you subscribe before July 30, 2026.
• Monthly content and image credits do not roll over.
• “Fair-use” or “on-demand” allowances are intended for normal business volume, not bulk or abusive usage.
• Renewals continue at then-current pricing unless cancelled before renewal.

3. Scope & exclusions

Website, PWA, and MVP benefits are scoped per plan and require written approval of scope. Domains, hosting, premium plugins, paid APIs, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Approvals & revisions

Clean assets unlock once you approve a watermarked preview. Reasonable revisions are included; excessive rework outside agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Ownership & licensing

Upon approval and full payment, you receive a perpetual license to use approved assets for your business. We retain the right to display approved work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Growth for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend service for violations.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
